I just called DCRA and they will be giving me an update today. They are not supposed to issue the certificate of occupancy without notifying ANC 6A. So, we will see. On our website (www.anc6a.org), under other documents, under land correspondence, you can see BZA order 17214 – which clearly defines fast food versus restaurant operations. I would strongly recommend that anyone interested in the topic ready the order. This would also apply to Taste of Jamaica.
