VOH: ANC Must Redo Voluntary Agreements

Here's an article from the Voice of the Hill saying that the District's ABC Board is telling ANC6A it needs to redo a few voluntary agreements with Joe Englert. The issue arose because a few of Englert's later application were protested by a local group associated with neighborhood resident Robert Pittman. Apparently all protests have been settled, but the agreements must now be modified. See the article for more details.
