I don't there is anything downstairs (unfortunate, because there is nice space), Upstairs is the Language Doctors (translation services). In Fall of 2001 there was (very briefly) a business downstairs called the Mid-Day Cafe. They served sandwiches. If I remember correctly, they had some crazy hours like 10am-2pm weekdays & closed on the weekends.

Anyone know what that building is? I always think that its one of the nicest maintained ones on H Street (at least currently).

I think there is an architect's office in that building.
