NYT: Development in the Bronx
Check out this New York Times story on development in the Bronx. The article is worth a read because it touches on issues that are very topical for DC (and specifically areas that surround Capitol Hill). The article asks what will happen to the people in an area as it gentrifies/is redeveloped. It also brings up questions about what kind of development is appropriate for a given neighborhood.
