Yeah, agreed, that's a hike to the NY Metro. Condos are selling in Trinidad according to the "Changing Hands" section of the Hill Rag...two on Penn St were listed in the Sep. edition and two on Meigs Pl are listed in the current edition. To say those condos are within walking distance to the NY Ave Metro is, at best, a real stretch.
My buddy is currently renting out one of those units. I don't think the one he's living in is for sale though.
