Good article, but a bit short on details. We've live around the corner from there and have noticed the adjacent building is having a lot of activity. Is this piecemeal demolition? Remodeling? Is this building considered part of the Uline? Anyone heard anything?
the ice plant is part of the historically designated site. The tearing out of part of the wall on the loading dock wasn't approved. The permit was for interior demolition only.
