Heidi's Brooklyn Deli

Apparently one is coming to 200 Florida Ave NE, which would place it right next to the NY Ave metro. Once they finish construction, the immediate area will also have a Marriot Courtyard, and the new ATF headquarters.

imgoph, maybe you should drink purified water! ;o)

at the end of the times piece, there's a mention of Fitness Together, the place opening up on H:

• Fitness Together, a personal training franchise, has signed a lease to open a facility in Vienna, Va. The company, which already has 10 locations in the Washington area, promises every customer one-on-one instruction with a personal trainer.

The new facility, at 2235 Cedar Lane, is scheduled to open next month.

if you don't know Heidi's and want to see what they're all about, head out to the one on 1710 H St NW.

goph, I posted this on the Litteri thread. I was trolling the DC Chowhound site, noticed posters talking good stuff about Heidi's, and checked their Coming Soon page.

I'm surprised Washington Business Journal hadn't covered it.

Poo Poo,
I get the comments emailed to me and sometimes I read them out of order. That's what happened here. I was responding to something where someone else had already responded.

A Brooklyn deli, from Denver. I love capitalism:)

In all seriousness, I love that there are stores opening up there. If we are lucky, they might even cater to the residents and not close at 3.
