Pound Coffee is coming to the neighborhood, or rather, as they put it, they are coming to the ATF. Pound Coffee is part of the planned retail development going in at the new ATF site right next to the NY Ave metro.

5 Guys Burgers should be open by November 1st. They are right there on the corner of 2nd and Florida.
On the other side of Pound Coffee will be Heidi's Brooklyn Deli and Sister's Pizza. They should be open by December of 2008.
Should really add something to the neighborhood!
