Today's Post Express features a great article about Endless Summer Harvest, one of the regulars at our Market (as well as the Penn Quarter and Dupont Circle Markets).

You can find it at http://www.readexpress.com/read_freeride/2008/04/real_fresh_fields_endless_summer_harvest.php

And definitely try the butcher. His pork is really top notch. So's the cheese (esp the marinated feta, ohhhhh).

The butcher, the baker...are there plans for a candle stick maker for '08?

So,...seriously where are they going to be at next year when that site is a construction zone?

The cheese that the folks from Cedarbrook Farm sell at our market is actually from Keswick Creamery. If you like the varieties that they offer here on H Street, you should definitely stop by the Dupont Circle Market on Sunday mornings.

They actually have their own stall at the Dupont Market, and they sell a significantly larger range of products - most of which are wonderful!

There's a decent-sized parking lot on 7th Street just north of H - I believe it's owned by H Street Self Storage. Maybe they could be persuaded to offer up the lot for those few hours when the market is open on Saturdays?

It's only half a block from the current location and I would say it offers almost as much space as they have now, though it isn't as readily visible from H Street.

djlfowow.

so psyched.

but a bit confused...

should i frequent the DC farmer's market, or this bunch of commuters?

there are just too many choices in Trinidad, H Street and in the larger area north of Capitol Hill area.

oh, and can someone pick up the trash?

thank you.

that's all.

I dunno Poo Poo, with your expensive fashionable glasses you might not get the best deal at the DC farmers market, so perhaps you should stick with the H Street Market.
