Scootergate Returns to H Street

Just in case you didn't get your fill during Rolling Thunder, two wheeled vehicles will once again descend en mass upon the neighborhood. Only this time the vehicles will be scooters and the target destination will be H Street. Scootergate, the annual event featuring music, and, um...scooters, will hit up H Street hot spots The Rock and Roll Hotel, The Pug, and the Red and the Black.
