Theater Alliance is half way toward achieving their goal of raising $30,000 by August 8 which will be matched dollar for dollar by the DC Arts and Humanities Commission through an UPSTART GRANT. In addition to the Challenge, the UPSTART GRANT gives $70,000 toward consultants in Development, Marketing, Governance and Technology. Theater Alliance is the only theater to be given this grant.
