s'up with those prefabs on 12th at florida? that old beautiful building leveled quick. the prefebas jumped in lightening fast. then nothing.havent seen anything move in a while.
They seem to be working on the prefabs a little lately. The wood decks in the back were added recently I think. Remember the prices they were talking about back in the day? :-)
it was around the $1 million mark, no?in this market, i'm sure they'll lower that to somwhere around $900k....
