Philadelphia Water Ice has elected to remain open on weekends this winter. In past years the business has closed during winter months. Here are the new hours:

This place always baffled me. It never seemed to be open on a summer night. Maybe they were on weekends, but it seems to be closed a lot.
Also, has anybody else ever gone through the ordeal of getting a hot dog from this place? They cost like 4 cents, just keep a couple on the rollers in case SOMEBODY wants one. One employee told me he had to call for instructions on how to make one.
Anyway, maybe I'll try a cheese steak. Maybe they put more effort into their higher end items
