hooperNATURAL™ Beginner Workshop Levels 1/2 (4 Week Series)
Hooping just 10 minutes can burn 50-100 calories. Learn the foundational moves of hooping along with some cool tricks in this 4 week series. We will begin with waist hooping, hip hooping, arm hooping and advance to chest hooping. In class you will use an adult size, weighted hoop that makes it easy to learn. Bring water and your own hoop. Hoops will also be available for you to use during class. SPACE IS LIMITED so register early to secure your spot.
This workshop is great for people who have never hooped before and for those who want to polish their foundational skills and advance to chest hooping.
WHEN: Saturdays - February 6, 13, 20, and 27th, 2009 from 5pm-6pm

Anon 2:34 - It seems this blog supports a wide range of local entrepreneurs. Many links on the side of this blog are ads, where's the problem? Do you know of any blog that doesn't post announcements that benefit neighborhood businesses and the neighborhood itself??

It's a neighborhood blog....or at least I thought.
If I were getting paid to post it, it would say "paid advertisement." This is more of an announcement about an upcoming class.
Just to clarify, Healthy Motions Massage Therapy is a family-owned and operated business in this neighborhood and has been for over 6 years. hooperNatural is a new hooping fitness venture by Granetta Coleman, one of the massage therapists at Healthy Motions. Granetta is a certified Hoopnotica instructor and has been teaching fitness classes at Results and elsewhere for many years.

Not sure if its just me. In Safari, I get a block with question marking meaning the applet is missing. In Firefox I get nothing.

is this what happens when you click a link, or is this how the post appears? I'm using Firefox on a Mac and everything looks and works normally for me.
It's with the post appears.
All I saw was a square box with a "?" in it. That was safari on a mac. With Firefox (Mac) it's just blank. On a PC with fire ox it's blank, on a PC with IE is's a broken applet box.

That's odd. Again, I can see everything fine with either Firefox, or Safari. Maybe you have a slow connection? At any rate, I moved the image, so you shouldn't have any problems barring issues with Flickr's servers.
I really like seeing these ads for businesses and events in the neighborhood.
It looked fine for me in Firefox on both Linux and Windows.
Try getting the latest Firefox 3.6 Beta4. Or you may need to whitelist the page.

I doubt if the connection I'm on is slow, in facts it's not. However, it looks like you fixed it. Again, it wasn't a problem on my end. Just sharing that it wasn't working for everyone and it wasn't sure what the problem is, it's now fixed.
