DCmud: Razing 1381

DCmud reports. As we discussed earlier, this is the building next to King Nails (just down from the Salvation Army.

The thing I like about this? The land owner was forced to do *something* because he was hit by the 10% vacant property tax rate.

I'm not real clear on what is happening here. I have been told that the adjacent land owner wanted to do a restaurant thing, but there was some sort of alley access issue.I

I agree with Rob. And I hope the other slumlords can let us know if there's anything else we can do to absolutely fuck them over till they get their asses in gear.
