RP: Coffee Shop/Bar/Restaurant = Arts District?

Rebuilding Place has an interesting post on what exactly constitutes an arts district, and why people keep stretching the label. I think we're pretty safe around here. We've got live theater, music, dance, visual arts, film, ect., but Richard does make some good points.
