Post Soccer Party and a Fundraiser at the Pug

IMG_4312

Details below:

even though we've barely recuperated from the ten million people who came
through during the h street fest, we are hosting another big party this saturday at
the pug following the dc united game. we are throwing a fundraiser for the little
friends for peace, a group which teaches non-violence to the kids. as is usually the
case, a $20 donation at the door gets one open pbr bottles and open draft, while
supplies last. hopefully, dc united can pull off a rare victory, and we can raise
some money for a good cause.
thanks for your support,

Thanks Tony for the Post - here is some information about Little Friends for Peace

Little Friends For Peace - www.lffp.org is a local 501(c)3 non-profit organization lead by a Mom-Dad team dedicated to teaching non-violence skills to young children with playful skillbuilding activities by training their adult and teen leaders. Their belief is that acts of violence from playground put-downs, to family fights, to street crime, to international conflicts build on each other, from the ground up, like a house constructed off-balance—over time and mostly unknowingly. The way to break down violence is to learn peace at an early age . . . and to practice it at every age.

We look forward to seeing everyone out after D.C. United's match and for Tommy Park's 25th Bday Celebration and raising money for Little Friends for Peace

I look at that picture and always think he's a fine looking fella, then i marvel at how clean the bar looks. I remember we even used to have nice bathrooms. You kids won't let me have anything nice.
