I'm pretty sure the carriage is ferrying Gray's coffin to the Wilson Building where he will emerge from his centuries-long slumber to revitalize and reinvigorate DC the way he did as a councilmember and council chair. old is the new new, ya dig.

My respect for Gray would grow immensely if this Halloween he would actually do an elaborate thing where he rises from a coffin and walks the streets as a vampire.
Would show a great sense of humor.

Guys, it's not over yet. We can stil write Fenty's name in on the general election. There are almost 100k independents and Republicans in this city. If only 9000 of them do it, along with the 50k that supported Fenty in the primary, Fenty could still be mayor. C'mon guys!
