From the MPD-5D listserv:
Around 3am this morning an adult male subject was shot in the leg. He has been very vague in his story of what occurred, detectives have the case and our putting together the sequence of events. If anyone has any additional information please email me directly!

vague = he knows who did it and doesn't want to get the police involved for whatever reason
This means either retaliation or avoidance. Either way this is a "case" that is going nowhere.
