I live in the neighborhood and am trying to get a morning meditation class started on H st. I have taught this as one-time workshops, but not a weekly class. It is just an hour long, has a relaxing movement component and could be great for residents and employees.
In this class, we will set aside life’s obligations and transition into being fully present together. Experience both an internal/personal focus and an external awareness of others. This practice is open to anyone interested in expanding your meditation practice to movement or being more present in your dancing. All levels welcome.
