Black Ops Gourmet gives Toki Underground pretty much the biggest thumbs up possible. From the intro:
I am a huge fan of Toki Underground. Embarrassingly so. This will be one of those insane gushing reviews that doesn't really fit with my cynical, picky, judgmental, difficult to please foodie side. I am completely ok with this as few restaurants have earned my unabashed adoration.

Well deserved review. I like the place more every time. Great job Toki.
The only downside to Toki is that there isn't another one on H St. Any chances of expansion or any new spin-offs in the future?
