HWDC: Update in Scarborough Murder

Homicide Watch D.C. reports on the latest development in the prosecution of the three men accused of killing 71 year old Glen Scarborough on June 18th. Defense attorneys for the men are arguing that their confessions are unreliable, and may have been coerced. The judge found the confessions reliable enough to hold they men, and suggested that the reliability of the confessions was an issue for trial.
