my apologies for going off topic - but what was up with the jackhammer at 8th and W. Virginia last night from 12 - 4 am?

Anyone seen any schedules or vendor/booth info on the Festival? We're three days out; and everything on the Festival website still says "TBA."
would love an more elaborate schedule. Am coordinating deaf interpreting services and would like a better breakdown of the festival's events. A street map with planned vendor/stage placement would be awesome.
