RCA: More Carbarn Reaction
The Rosedale Citizens Alliance discusses reaction to the proposed carbarn (to house the streetcars) near Spingarn. Be sure to also read the comments.

I live at 19/H and Im for the Barn. Also - Kingman is SOUTH of Benning - the Barn would actually be in Carver-Langston. There is more than enough room - and again, I agree on all the training/jobs/retail having the Barn there would provide.
What's the problem with creating jobs? Are ppl upset they'll be forced off welfare and have to work? None of the opposition makes sense.
What would be nice is to turn RFK over to private ownership - and let the investor assisst wi
