1. It sounds like this occurred in 1-D (the south side of Florida Avenue).
2. further info from MPD: Preliminarily, there was a verbal altercation between the victim and the suspect, resulting in the victim being stabbed. His injuries are non life threatening. The 1st District Detectives are currently investigating the case.

Apparently there was also an armed robbery on 11th and G this afternoon. Sucks.

Something on a local listserv indicated that the victim was robbed in the 100 block of 11th Street SE, but waited until he got home (he lives around 11th and G/H Street) to report the mugging.
