Valentine's Day at the Queen Vic

The Queen Vic (1206 H Street) has partnered with English Brewery Samuel Smith's to offer a delicious 4 course Valentine's Dinner with beer pairings.

They offer a four course-dinner for $45/person (including beer pairings but excluding tax and gratuity). Or, you can order each of the items individually. They will not accept reservations for the evening, so everything is first come, first served. Full menu after the jump.

The Happy Clam
Littleneck clams, steamed in bacon, shallots and Samuel Smith’s “Organic Cider”
Samuel Smith’s “The Famous Taddy Porter” 5.0%

The Love Muscle
Grilled beef heart with foccacia, onions, peppers, aged Cheddar cheese, frisée and Samuel Smith’s “Oatmeal Stout” reduction
Samuel Smith’s “Nut Brown Ale” 5.0%

The Pork Sword
Braised pork loin, braised in Samuel Smith’s “Winter Welcome Ale”, with house made sauerkraut, pork belly and wilted kale
Samuel Smith’s “India Ale” 5.0%

Raspberry crème brulée with Samuel Smith’s “Organic Stawberry Ale”
Samuel Smith’s “Organic Strawberry Ale” 5.1%

Big time bummer for H Street. Julia is leaving CHAMPS today. She was a huge advocate for H Street businesses, and the H Street Festival. We have lost a warrior.
