Sky Nails (900 Bladensburg) is moving. April 20th will be their last day, and they were unable to provide a future address. This would seem to suggest future development activity. It is, of course, right across the street from the Flats at Atlas District. Hmm...

It only has 2 1/2 stars on Yelp anyway...you can't stay in business like that.
It'll be interesting to see what happens to the rest of the businesses along bladensburg road. So much attention and transformation has been occuring right next door along H street I think it's only a matter of time before it spreads along Bladensburg too.
