12:08: For "traditional" pizza toppings, without all the gourmet crap and unusual ingredients, try New Citi Pizza on the 500 block of H. Fast, good service, and pretty inexpensive (especially if you pick up rather than have delivered). They've got your full range of pepperoni, sausage, peppers, shrooms, onions, etc. I put off going there for a long time because they have that "Good Danny's" vibe (empty storefront, bulletproof plastic), but once I actually tried them I was pretty surprised!

I went to a tasting last week and got to sample some of their pizzas. Their toppings are pretty awesome. The pepperoni and sausage were proper!! @Anon 12:08 - They had all of those toppings that you mention, from what I remember.

They should be a great addition to H st

Soy cheese as a topping is pretty cool. More places should do it. To diary cheese, I say meh.
