Pics From Blossom Bake & Brew

DSC_0044
Did you miss you all the fun at last Saturday's Blossom Bake and Brew event at Gallery O/H (1354 H Street)? There was music, art, a small market, pies from Dangerously Delicious, and beer from Chocolate City Brewery. Check out the photo gallery after the jump and feel like you were there.

Love the H St NE and NE DC t-shirts, but if I wear them around the neighborhood does that make me "that guy"?

So sorry I missed this! I second the H st and NE DC t-shirt love. Where are they sold normally?

I'm not sure about the NE DC shirts, but the H Street ones are made by the guy from DC Style is real. I think you can but at least some of them from Metro Mutts.

short answer: the H street shirts make you look like a confused tourist, and the ne/dc shirts make you look like a scenester tool, no matter where you wear them.

sweet. that's just the look i'm going for.

Dang. I was going to buy one for myself. Is it OK for me to send one to my friend who used to live in NE but is now living overseas? Is that far enough away for it to be cool not tool?

If you wear an h street shirt anywhere on earth, you'll look like a tool.

You can also get the H Street shirts this Sunday at Eastern Market. They are SWEET.

And only tools restrict their wardrobe for fear of not being perceived as cool by anonymous internet commenters.

I just think it's cute that the purveyors and procurers of these products center their faux bohemian lifestyles around places that sling $7 beers and $7 slices of pie. That's real culture, folks!

uh, yeah! umgabiibgibu blahhaha...$7!

you need a new job.

you're welcome,

I bought the ne/dc shirt a while back; it works great for wiping up excess cowper's fluid. Mine looks like a tie-dye now!

all the disdain for h street shirts is wildly unnecessary

i got a pretty cool h street t shirt when i volunteered to put down those h-shaped planters a while back.

still sad i didn't get to grab an h street shaped planter. coulda been growing some plants in my backyard in it. would make a great house party conversation starter...haha
