There's on on the vacant Evolve space too. They were posted within minutes of each other. And they both had demolition permits clearly posted....

Urban Legends had the unique sales angle of selling both clothing and having computers where kids could play video games, if I recall.
I think that the kids spa is in that location now. 1012 H?

Walked past the soon-to-open new barber shop at 705 and it looks pretty swanky. No idea when they open up, but it looks cool on the inside. Any word?

I'm looking forward to the new barber shop at 705 H Street. I've gone to a few of the other barber shops on H Street but didn't care very much for them. I'm hoping this new one is a step up from the others.
