Throw the book at him!!!!!!!!! Someone that commits a heinous crime like this deserves the stiffest sentence possible.

Throw the book at him?! Can we just drop a large block of cement on his head from height and call it a day?

Jeff Dahmer abused and killed animals before he moved onto other things. I hope this kid gets help while he sits in jail for a long time.
I would like to know what gave him the idea to do this.

Derek,
I can't say if this ultimately turned out to be the case, but I was told earlier on in the investigation that the killing may have been revenge for an alleged mugging.

This guy was mugged by a puppy? Something doesn't make sense.

6:19,
I'm sure you were kidding, but I meant the suspect believed the puppy's owner had mugged him.

I really hope they don't give him some BS slap on the wrist. It really doesn't matter what the motive was; anyone who can do something like this is a sick, sick person and is a danger to anyone and everyone. He needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law (which, frankly, I don't think is harsh enough when it comes to animal abuse).

Please, please, please keep up on this case. Assuming he's guilty, I'd like to know that this POS gets an appropriate sentence.
