A tipster tweeted the following earlier tonight:

@frozentropics I saw everything being moved out of the Fashion One at 7th and H NE today...pretty empty.Any idea what's going in?

I know that Fashion One closed down several months ago, but I haven't heard any news about a new tenant for the space.  The asking price was $35 a sqft according to an April Housing Complex piece. That's not cheap. Here's a listing.
