If not claimed in a few days, just mail it to the address on the license. I got mine back that way when a good samaritan dropped it in the mail.

I think the concern here is that Mr. Abbott might have an out of state license, but actually live in DC.

Anon @ 3:00AM, How many Michael Abbot's of Maryville TN do you think lost a drivers license at 11th & G? Sometimes race is completely superfluous as a descriptor. Most times, really.
