More on the Body Found Near Florida Market

The Washington Post and WJLA report on the body found next to a burning car in a ravine near Gallaudet University and the Florida Market. WJLA says the homicide unit is invesitgating (a Twitter report last night called it a "VCB case"), but the Washington Post says MPD thinks both the death and the car fire were the result of a crash.
