the ward 5 schools are a disgrace. springarn has a 13% pass rate. THIRTEEN percent. that means that 87% of the students are failing. 87%!! close the school NOW. As a teacher, i am appalled that this school has been allowed to operate at this level. others are even worse. luke moore has a SEVEN % pass rate. truancy is ridiculous. there is NO WAY this is just the fault of the system or the teachers. PARENTS must educate their children and make sure they go to class.

Anon 5:00 -- AMEN. It is ridiculous that people are fighting to keep a failing school open.
