Neil Patrick Harris Dines at Toki
Last night was a wild night on H Street. Kramupsnacht brought out revellers dressed as demonic creatures. We also got a visit from a celebrity. Apparently Neil "Doogie Howser" Patrick Harris is a big Asian food fan, and decided to pay a visit to Toki Underground.
