A.    Presentation and request for support concerning National Marathon and Half Marathon to be held March 15, 2014 – Mahmud (30 minutes)
B.     Presentation and request for support concerning public space application for sidewalk cafĂ© area adjacent to Ben’s Chili Bowl site under construction at 1001 H Street NE – Mahmud (30 minutes)
C.     Presentation by representative from the DC Bicycle Advisory Council (BAC) about role of the BAC and recently passed biking legislation – 10 minutes (Adleman)
             VI.      Additional Community Comment (time permitting)
          VII.      Adjourn meeting

Do you think they'll ask Ben's Chili Bowl why they knocked down a perfectly good building without a raze permit?

I was astonished when I walked by and saw that the to-be Ben's Chili Bowl building was gone. Was wondering if I'd miss it somehow that there was going to be a new building...the comment above makes me think I didn't miss anything at all. Wowzer.

where is the city concern that they did this raze without a permit? i can't repair my fence or have a big rolling trash container on public space on without being harassed for a permit.
