Reader Matt Ashburn alerted me to the fact that 300 Morse is for sale. This is actually a huge building that houses several businesses. These businesses include (non-exhaustive list) a couple of butcher shops, two places that specialize in West African ingredients, a tofu manufacturer, a produce vendor, a bakery, a shop that sells (among other things) Latin cheeses, and dried chillies.

All told, told, it's 98,000 sqft of warehouse space on 3.34 acres. The land is zoned light industrial. We could be looking at some very big changes in the area. I see multiple owners listed in the tax database for that address, but the name that pops up most frequently is SANG OH & COMPANY INC. That's Sang Oh Choi of Sam Wang Produce, and the original New Town proposal. He is also partnering with Edens on the Gateway Market Center project coming to the old US Beef parcel on Florida Avenue.

They also sell crates of mangos for $5.

The lot includes the inexpensive and awesome little Korean restaurant that people visiting the NEW Union Market seem too intimidated to try...

Why would they care, they have plenty of other options in Annanndale to choose from.

Is that whole thing Units 10-15? I notice that sometimes (not always) real estate sites claim more space on the map than is actually for sale. Tang Enterprises and the LIOU Family LLC own units 10 to 15A
