Pasta Flyer's Gluten-Free Takeover at Toki Underground

Mark Ladner, executive chef at Del Posto in New York City, will stage a takeover at Toki Underground (2nd floor of 1234 H Street) on Thursday November 6th. Dine there that night and you'll enjoy delicious bowls of his 100% gluten-free pasta that "marries traditional Italian culture with Japanese ramen efficiency." Check out their successfully funded Kickstarter to learn more about the PASTA FLYER tour. They'll serve both lunch and dinner that day. Service starts at 11:30am.
