I only consume sablefish which have been artisanally harvested off the northeastern range of the Aleutians, and, then, only those who have reached at least 35 years of age. Otherwise, you might as well settle for run of the mill patagonian toothfish, like the plebs on the west end of H.

I can't come to this because I have to work on Monday. Too bad it's not really taking place at a time when people with real jobs can attend...

We're very sorry that you were unable to attend. Boundary Road was generous enough to lend us their kitchen, and we did not want to disrupt usual service any more than necessary. There will be another event in the near future that will be more 9-5 friendly, details for which will be released soon.
