MPD has identified the body that was discovered June 23rd in a burning trashcan behind the 1200 block of Holbrook Terrace as that of 19 year old Heineken McNeil. Mr. McNeil died of gunshot wounds prior to his body being set aflame. MPD is offering a $25,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person, or persons, responsible for Mr. McNeil's murder.
