MPD Releases Video of Suspects in 7/21 Robbery of Vendetta


 MPD seeks the public's help to identify three men and a vehicle of interest in the violent armed robbery of the restaurant Vendetta (1212 H Street) on H Street. At 12:16am Tuesday, June 21st three men robbed and pistol whipped the general manager on duty.

Anyone who has information regarding this case should call police at 202-727-9099.  Additionally, information may be submitted to the TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411.  The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a robbery committed in the District of Columbia.

Yep. Pretty useless. I'm still wondering about cops standing out front while the crooks are escaping out the back. They couldn't split up to cover the front and back? We seem to have keystone cops working the H Street corridor.

I get that a single Police Officer doesn't like going down an alley by themselves.

What I don't get is why these video cams are so horrendous.
