It's not too early to make your New Year's Eve plans. Businesses on H Street are starting to announce their events and it looks like there's going to be plenty of great stuff to choose from. Driftwood Kitchen (400 H Street) is offering two meal choices (three courses for $55 or 5 courses for $75) and an open bar option ($45) that runs from 10pm-1am on the big night.
