I am hosting two Special SMD 5D02 meetings to get community feedback regarding three proposed BZA zoning variance projects. The meetings will provide an opportunity to start a public discussion and also give some pointers on what to expect during this zoning application process.
Thursday, Jan 7, 2016 at 7 pm (Trinidad Recreation Center) with Esther Bushman , General Counsel and Compliance Program Manager, DC Office of Zoning to discuss how the community can participate in any case before the board of zoning adjustment. Ms. Bushman will provide an overview of the zoning process, help residents better understand how to engage in the process, and to answer questions.
Saturday, Jan 9, 2016 at 11 am (Trinidad Recreation Center) to hear presentations from the BZA applicants regarding their proposed projects.
