Fringe Launches Trinidad Crafting Salon

There's something new coming to Capital Fringe (1358 Florida Avenue). It's the Trinidad Crafting Salon, and it's a place that those who make crafts can share their ideas and passion with other similarly-inclined folks. From the event announcement:



the place to start whether you are interested in paper crafts including card making, stamping or scrapbooking; fiber arts like knitting, crocheting, or sewing; painting; drawing; making collages; photography or film-making; woodworking; writing; or any other craft. Join a group of like-minded creative neighbors at series of Craft Salons to nurture your creative side this year.

The first one is 7-9pm Monday, February 8th, with other ones scheduled for the same time slot April 18th, and June 13th (both Mondays).
