Did you know DC has a professional ultimate frisbee team? We do, and they're called the Breeze. You can catch the Breeze many spring and summer weekend afternoons and evenings on Gallaudet's (800 Florida Ave) Hotchkiss Field. Bring the kids out 1.5 hours before the games for a free youth clinic. Partake in food and drink (including craft beer on tap), while enjoying live performances by local indie bands before games. Tickets are $10 in advance and $12.50 day of game. The events are FREE for all kids 12 & Under. Sign up in advance via their ticket site for the free youth clinic and get a free youth game ticket (6-17 years of age).
