Non-Fatal Overnight Shooting in 1300 Block of H Street

Screen Shot 2017-04-27 at 6.26.59 AM

A man was shot last night in the 1300 block of H Street. According to an email from Lieutenant Darnel L. Robinson of Patrol Service Bureau in the First District the man suffered gunshot wounds to the legs about 12:45 a.m. and was transported to the hospital. I did not receive a text alert about this, but I see that @AlertDCio (an unofficial feed of the DC Alert System that reproduces the exact text of alerts) received and tweeted at 3:11 a.m. about an alert for a shooting at this location at 2:44 a.m. A minute later (3:12 a.m.) @DCPoliceDept sent a tweet about the shooting, but it's short on details. It does appear that no lookout information was provided (event #I20170237157). I assume there's a typo in the time given in either the original alert, or in the email mentioned above.

If you have any information about this event, please call MPD TIPLINE at 1-888-919-CRIME or CRIMESOLVERS TIPS at 1-866-411-TIPS, or text 50411. You can remain anonymous.

We need to start a Go Fund me to offer these animals target practice classes.
These non fatal shootings just use up ambulances and medical services that are taken away from the working classes. Once they learn to shoot accurately then they will kill themselves off faster and the law abiding tax payers can live in peace.
