Solid State Books' permanent space isn't quite complete yet, but you can find them operating as a pop up starting today. They'll be at The Apollo apartments (600 H Street NE), just a few doors down from their permanent location. The pop up will be open everyday 10am–7pm through the beginning of January.
Visit the pop up and you'll find books, cards, and other great gifts for adults and children in the 1,000 square foot space. They'll celebrate Small Business Saturday (November 25th) with games, prizes, visits from local authors, and cider and donuts. Keep an eye on the shop's Twitter and Facebook accounts for details on upcoming story time for children in the common area of The Apollo's rooftop lounge. And yes, they do have t-shirts.
