Advisory Neighborhood Commission 5D will hold a special meeting Thursday, March 1st to address BZA Case #19657, 1135 Morse Street NE. The developer wants to convert a single family home into three units with a pop-up (recessed) and a pop-back. The ANC previously voted to oppose the special relief requested by the developer.
