Faction of Fools Theatre Company Presents Chekhov's The Cherry Orchard, Pay What You Can Performance Tonight

Faction of Fools Theatre Company, a District-based theater group in residence at Gallaudet University for the past seven years, is staging a production of Anton Chekhov's The Cherry Orchard from May 18th–June 10th. There's a Pay What You Can show tonight (May 17th) at 8pm.

About the play: "Complete with secret plots, wily servants, tortured lovers, and a sprawling family estate on the chopping block, you'll find out why Chekhov himself insisted he wrote comedies!"

The production features: Sara Barker, Danny Cackley, Francesca Chilcote, Amber James, Casey Johnson-Pasqua, Julia Klavans, Jack Novak, Jesse Terill and Kathryn Zoerb.

Running time: Approximate running time  is 120 minutes. This show is appropriate for audiences ages 10 and up.

Shows will take place Fridays at 8pm, Saturdays at 2pm and 8pm, and Sundays at 2pm. ASL Interpreted performances will take place Friday, May 18th and Saturday, June 2nd at 8pm, and Sunday, June 10th at 2pm. Open Captioning is available upon request. 

General admission tickets are priced at $22; $18 for students, seniors, and military; and $12 for children under 12.  A limited number of discount tickets are available through Goldstar. There's also a discount for available for locals when you buy your tickets through http://cherryo.brownpapertickets.com and enter the code "Neighbors." That will save you $7, bringing the cost to $15. Be warned that the code is only good for a limited time, and will expire at 12am on May 27th. You can use the code at the box office if you prefer to purchase your tickets there. Industry night is Monday, June 4th at 7:30pm.
